Eligible items may be returned for a refund or exchanged free of charge within 30 days of delivery. During this 30-day period, ZUBAHUSS covers the shipping costs for approved returns and exchanges.
Eligible items may be exchanged within 365 days of delivery. From day 31 through day 365, there is no exchange service fee, but the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item and to send the replacement. Our standard return-for-refund window is 30 days from delivery.
Items must be unworn and unused, with original tags and packaging, and free from damage or unauthorized alterations. Custom, engraved, or resized pieces and items clearly marked final sale may not be eligible; any exclusion will be stated on the product page before purchase. These conditions do not limit any mandatory rights that apply to damaged, defective, or incorrect goods.

For approved requests within 30 days, we will arrange a prepaid label or another merchant-paid shipping method. Please do not send items without contacting us first.

We will inspect your returned item and notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.
Please contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can assess the problem and arrange a remedy.
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Where the European Union 14-day withdrawal right applies, it remains available subject to applicable law and exceptions.
