  • Requirement: To process a warranty claim, you must provide your original order number and a clear photo of your Moissanite card. This card is essential for verifying the identity and quality of your gemstone.

  • Prepaid Labels: If your claim is approved for inspection, We will provide a prepaid shipping label for customers within the United States.

  • Full Coverage: We cover the cost of shipping to our facility and the return shipping back to you for all eligible warranty repairs.
