We offer a 30-day return and exchange period. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn and unused, with all original security tags attached.

  • In its original premium packaging (including the jewelry box and certificates of authenticity).

  • Free from any signs of wear, scratches, or alterations.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized pieces (including engraved items).

  • Items marked as Final Sale.

  • Products that show signs of wear or have been resized by a third-party jeweler.

4. How to Start a Return

  2. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions.

  3. Securely pack your jewelry to prevent damage during transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
